THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS CAUSED POLITICAL CENSORSHIP TO THWART ACTION OF THE EPA AND THE RULE OF LAW AS DEFINED BY THE UNITED STATE SUPREME COURT, TO KEEP US FROM KNOWING THE TRUE HARM OF GLOBAL WARMING.CHENEY IS LEAVING AS HE ARRIVED[7]
In the early days of the Bush presidency, Vice President Dick Cheney came under attack for drafting a national energy policy in secret. Now, as the Bush presidency winds down, Cheney is again coming under attack for his behind-the-scenes efforts to play down the threats of global warming in order to thwart regulation of greenhouse gas emissions. Some of the government's top scientists were forced by Vice President Cheney's office to downplay the health dangers of global warming when testifying before Congress, a former senior EPA official said Tuesday. [1]
The story is a little confusing, but at its heart is the continuation of a campaign of lies and misinformation coming from our White House about the very real impact of global warming.[8]

The issue of whether greenhouse gases endanger public health or welfare is significant because a finding by the EPA that they do would require the agency to regulate them under the terms of the federal Clean Air Act, spurring new rules across a range of industries.[3]

Boxer released documents today alleging that Gerberding's testimony nevertheless was altered, including findings that climate change is ``likely to have a significant impact on health'' as a result of heat and allergic diseases plus food and water scarcity.[5]"We now know that this censorship was part of a master plan" to make the EPA's response to a Supreme Court order that greenhouse gases were pollutants that must be regulated by the federal government "as weak as possible," Boxer said.[7]
