The Queen is discussing a long term solution.

Education and enlightenment needs to combined with other tactics for the short term solutions.

The Queen is a Princeton educated American.

You are correct. I also believe her vision is for the long term. There are no easy solutions to the world's problems. It's nice to know that leadership in other countries is taking notice...we have gotten so little from ours :(

As an educator I agree with her...I think education is the key to personal empowerment.
