I am undecided for the Democratic budget resolution. I do not aupport raising taxes for Americans that make $42,000/year or more.

I support ensuring that those who pay no taxes now receive NO rebates (how can you get a rebate if you've paid nothing in?) and start paying a flat percentage of their income. In addition, I support closing any loopholes that would allow very high earners pay less than the same percentage themselves.
