Every New Years I create top 10 list for each of my 5 passions in life. Here is mine in the world of politics.
Top 10 Global Politicians of the 20th Century
1. Muhandus Gandhi (India)- He devoted his life to peace and stopped major tension between India and Pakistan. If not for him there could be a nuclear war between the 2
2/3. Robert / John Kennedy (USA)- Together they stopped Nuclear war, improved 3ed world countries, Ended racial tension and Mortared them selves.
3/4. Winston Churchill (UK) and Franklin Roosevelt (USA)- Together they ended the holocaust witch killed 6-12 Million
5. Nelson Mandella (South Africa)- He Stood up for the rights and writs of any minority in the world
6. Woodrow Wilson (USA)- He started the UN with the Intention of ending all wars
7. Anwar Sadat (Egypt) - He was the first arab leader to offer peace to Israel
8. Jimmy Carter (USA)- Set up the camp david accords
9. Martin Luther King (USA)- Ending racial Tension in the south
10. Benizer Buhto (Pakistan) RIP- For her Peace talks with India

I hope our nominee is on the list by 2012 for getting us out of this hole

First of all happy New Year. I'm on the west coast so I still have a two hours. The Des Moines Register has through history been the most accurate Iowa poll. Today it released it's final poll. I bring good news for Obama supporters. Here are the numbers:
32% Obama
25% Clinton
24% Edwards
6% Richardson
In 2004 It was the only poll that had Kerry leading in Iowa and has a long history of predicting (or making) winners. If Obama wins Iowa he should win the next 3 states and have the momentum to win the nomination. I am extremely excited about the caucuses. I am hoping this poll is accurate.

We Should argue with cool heads for the next 72 hours or so and stop senseless Bickering.
On the Republican side I am seeing a dead heat between Huccabee and Romney witch could last till the convention. Let's hope it does so we can field our candidate in the time it takes them to get organized and so we have an interesting race to watch.

My Averages show John Edwards with a 0.2% lead over Obama and a 1.8% over Clinton. I feel who ever wins Iowa will win the nomination. I will support Obama or Edwards depending on who does better. I am not YET comfortable supporting Clinton. If you want you can try and Enable me to do so me I am a reasonable man. One things guaranteed The Nominee will be 100 times better than bush. In these last 96 Hours lets stop bickering about our differences and argue with cool heads. We aren't Republicans. I like the thought of RFK Jr on the ticket but thats unlikely.

I never said Hillary Clinton was a bad senator. I never said any thing about her voting record or her votes. I feel she is fine in the senate. It's like Arlon Spector, or Chuck Schumer, I feel Fine with both of them In the senate, I even Named chuck Schumer as one of my top 5 choices for Majority leader,but I don't want to see ether of them in the White House. Clinton is a horrid candidate for president. She votes the right way but she doesn't have the leadership capabilities to lay out a decent plan on many issues. I said three things about her witch I stick by
1)she is not a true Progressive
- she wants to stay in Iraq for a long time
- she voted to enable us to go to war with Iran (read
between the lines)
- She has no serious plan for global warming
- Her health care plan still puts our health care in the
hands of corporations
- She is not for gun control
- she is not for making marijuana legal (witch
would reduce gun violence and according to history the
drug rate (see Canada and most of western Europe)
Does this sound like a true progressive?
2) Her Campaign displays corruption
- She exploits gender
- she takes money from news companies
- she didn't give back the money Hsu gave her
- Instead of taking responcableity for shaheens remarks
she asks him to step down
- she plays into the game
- she plants questions
Is this an Honest campaign ?
3) She lies about her experience
- First lady is not president she did not set the
agenda she did not have official talks with all these
world leaders she simply "sat down for tea with them"
as Obama said
- she's been in the senate 6 years NOT 35
- Obama has been in the legislature longer than she
has
- She never balanced a budget
Is this the experience she has claimed?
Further more I feel she is far less electable in the general than Obama or Edwards and she has about
1/ 1,000,000 the charisma. lets face it the only reasons she's in the senate is because she ran in New York and she was married to bill who was president at the time of her election. Feel free to rebut or call me wrong I would love to feel more comfortable about her potential nomination. Please also note I am not sexist I would vote for Barbara Boxer, Nancy Poloci, Barbra Mikulski and Maybe even Olympia Snowe long before Hillary Clinton.

I was trying to hold off on righting about lotts miraculous resignation. that not just strips the most evil, sinister, selfish, ignorant senator of his seat it also gives us a clear opertunity to pick it up. acording to a recent poll we are already wining in Mississippi by 14% so lets keep it up and defeat the ore of Trent Lott (the worst senator since mccarthy). while were at it lets also take out Ted Stevens and Mitch McConell.

Now for Iowa. I hope Hillary looses. Any of the top 3 candidates has a shot at winning the nomination. I will throw my support to Obama or Edwards depending on who does better. Obama has the best shot at the nomination for now. lets hope Hillary looses. She is not a true progressive.She also lies about her experience and displays a corrupt campaign.We need change not watered down consistency. I have a feeling she will come in a distant third as Dean did. before her.

Today is the day between the Birth of one of the greatest political figures this country will ever know and the death of another. They were brothers. We should honor them with a holiday. Robert Kennedy saved the USA. we would have gone to nuclear war with the USSR had it not been for Kennedy's brilliance. He stopped a riot in Indianapolis the day Martin Luther King was shot. He cracked down on the mafia. He was as close as we've had to an American Gandhi.
His Brother was too a great Political figure. He put a man on the moon, help lead the civil rights movement and started the peace corps. together they are responsable for some of the greatest things in politics this country has ever known. the least we could do is honor them with a holiday.

I am calling on Harry Reid (D-NV) to resign as majority leader in the senate. he is too moderate and has not gone after the republicans. WE CAVED ON UNCONSTITUTIONAL WIRE TAPS TWICE. WE DIDN'T STOP FUNDING THE WAR IN IRAQ.HE DIDN'T GO AFTER THE REPUBLICANS ENOUGH WHEN THEY LEGALIZED TORTURE. NOTHINGS HAPPENED WITH THE ENVIERNMENT.WE MAY GO TO WAR WITH IRAN.he is unworthy of the position and should step down. Here is my list of 5 people who are:
