I'm currently directing a documentary about America's opression of gays and its own problem of homophobia. That's right, I'm fighting for them and I'm fighting against those who think otherwise, and nothing is going to stop me from doing this documentary, not even myself. o clarify, I am not gay. But, being a Jewish person, I know what is like to face stereotypes and nasty criticism from loads of people as do homosexuals. Jews and African-Americans have both finished the prime of their hardships, the African Americans the slavery, and us Jews WWII and slavery as well. Though I highly doubt homosexuals will face anything as physically serious as slavery and WWII, I do fear for their well being in this country. Here in America we criticize gays without even knowing it and simply using the word "fag" hurts a gay person in some way, and everyday there is a company out there discriminating against someone because of their sexual orientation and not giving them the job they are qualified for, and America still does not, but should have, the right to marry the same sex as your own. I don't want anyone else to have to go what the Jews, or African Americans, went through. The Earth can be a nasty place, but I think it's time to stop things we are doing now, before they turn into more serious things. To many times this year I said the economy is in CONTRACTION.
On March 27 I published one post with the following name: It looks like the Titanic's History! The Economy
Everywhere outside the inner circles of Washington are talking about the economy is in recession, economists around the country are talking with data in hand and statistical methods and models, sustaining the economy is in recession.
But only the lurid government of George W Bush and his political puppets of both parties won’t to acknowledge this irrefutable reality.
One main principle in economy is the fact first and foremost recognize the crisis in the exactly magnitude where is it, with this data you can structure a plan capable to reverse this economics behaviors, otherwise any false analyze could worsened the crisis.
At this point here is is the majuscule irresponsibility of the government and the political statement of both parties, when they do not want to recognize the economy is in recession. As Germany did few weeks ago.
Now the National Bureau of Economic Research is recognizing the economy is in recession.
Yes the economy is in recession heading very fast to the worst depression ever, as a consequences of this stupid behaviors of not admit the reality and try to hidden the true of the crisis.

Here is now the new reality, banks are failing, big manufactures are failing, small businesses are failing, the construction industry is failing long time ago,
Means, two of the biggest employers of this country are failing (Construction & Smalls business).
Yes, if you think the automakers or the business associates with the markets are the biggest employers you are dead wrong and this is exactly this politician of the status want to sell in order to continue putting inorganic money at the expense of the taxpayer.
These actions now are compromising at least the next two generation of Americans and they are going to pay huge for this government irresponsibility.
No one can assume this crisis is going to be resolved by any means in the next ten or fifteen years if “only if” the next administration took the necessary structural steps of corrections.
In terms of UNDO this economic crisis: “the fail of one year represent 10 years of setting back”
With this equation, President Elect Barack Obama has to deal. He has no choice! And there are not excuses about the world are in crisis or so on.
Yes, the world is in crisis, and this crisis is the failure of this ECONOMIC MODEL.

I certainly wouldn't trust Lieberman; he campaigned and insulted Barack Obama by agreeing with Palin that Barack was a terrorist because he pals around with one. Lieberman is NOT a uniter, this is racism and was a disparate act to maintain. I'd say, take the apology, but then get rid of him or they grow this seed! He needs, especially to be removed from foreign affairs committee. To KEEP him on this committee speaks to: no change, but more of the same, mismanagement, nasty and untruthful policy, and more unaccountability for actions. I'm disappointed at some of the decisions being made and keeping Lieberman is one of them. So much for a populist mentality, this isn't crossing over the aisle and taking the BEST, it's crossing over to the dark side and mixing with it. We don't need watered down Democrats, or it's not change.
For all those cowards that voted in the secret ballot should lose their jobs, next time around. Lieberman is nothing but a spy on paper. He isn't a true Democrat and he loves that his name is always popping up. If he were a true Dem, he would have been campaigning for Barack, this is the biggest farce since Bush took us to Iraq!
BAIL OUT:
Second point is, why don't we bail out Bicycle Shops, they haven't been selling very many bikes the last few years. Oh, and how about Nike, they haven't been selling those $200 shoes. Once we start bailing out companies, where do we draw the line? I don't care if it IS a bridge loan, go to the nearest BANK and do it, since when did government turn into a bank for corporations? If we're going to bail anyone out, do it for military families and vets! Do it for New Orleans victims. Let a new and better auto maker rise, one that wants to move beyond the 21st century, to be innovation and adventurous and address global warming issues and renewable fuels. RISE. RISE. RISE above this. A company that pledges to design new cars for the future and pledges to hire all those that lost jobs from companies that didn't have their acts together. They're more concerned with making a cheap product, and marketing for top dollar and lining their suit pockets. Bring our technology BACK HOME too!
Easy, forget the bail out talks, it's a waste of time, money and breath. Falling is growth! It ensures the BEST will rise and succeed!

Since the last weekend just am participating in the fiercest battle against those groups who are trying to organize a big Rally on day ONE against Barack Obama in the issue about immigration.
The list serve of many Hispanic groups in the Barack Obama web site is flooding profusely in message about this MARCH!
The organizer has nothing to say about it.
Suspicious:
I just am wondering why suddenly too many born American citizen are behind this March and are pushing our community to do so.
The answer for many Hispanic people in this group is prudence and organization before doing something like that. 85 percent or more of the participants in this discussion are Hispanic people talking and pressing for measure and organization, the others (few) are in favor of the MARCH and these unknowns born American citizens are vehemently pushing for the MARCH against BARACK OBAMA.

On Wednesday I receive one of the most heartbreak emails ever. A Heart Break E-mail and I posted the entirely email as it, as a proof of what is happen in the VETERNAS ADMINISTRATION (VA).
VA literally is broken in his finances and the bureaucracy in this department follow a steady course, those facts are the principals cause of dissatisfaction for many VETERANS who are rightfully entitle to receive the assistance they deserve from the VA.
This soldiers practically are begging to the VA for solutions, THE ONLY THINK THEY WANT is receive a respectfully treatment, They want his payments on time and the necessary medical assistance they need, They want to be loved by his country as they much loved it.
Not enough was the discovering of the disastrous mistreatment they suffer in the Walter Reid Hospital, they receive promises and some improvement, just the necessary actions to calm down the media, but the really true is nobody is talking about the continue injustice this proudly HEROS receiving every single day from the VA.
If there is some institution in this country need a BAILOUT is the VA, they has the great responsibility of taking care of all VETERANS?
Of course at this point there are not EXTRAORDINARY session of the CONGRESSMAN favoring any solution in this mess of the VA, NOT special declarations of the Speaker of the House, or the Majority Leader calling for immediate and expedite solutions of the SOLDIERS problems dealing with the VA, as they did easily in FAVOR of the corrupted institutions in wall street.........NO, there are NOT prefabricated NEWS CONFERENCE voicing for a quickly and smart solutions for the VETERANS ADMINISTRATION , there are NOT RUSH to solve his problems, NO pressure to the people and fancy explanations to secure VOTES.
At the end of the day nothing is going to happen, may be they think …….. THEY ARE TOO LITTLE AND TOO POOR.

Succumb to the immense pressure of the lobbyist companies in favor of the automakers he probably loose the great opportunity he has now to reshape the country and all this mess in to successfully and productive economy.
When I see Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and all this lawmakers make pressure in favor of this incense policy instead have measure due to the big failure of the previous bailout they craft in the most irresponsible act of congress since the great depression. I have not doubt how much power this industries have.
In conclusion is time for real change instead throwing the money to the trash using this money for companies who already are dead because they fail to be competitive and productive.
I am not against these companies, I like the GMC Subaru, but in terms of competitiveness they are out of the market; they can’t compete in any way with his close competitors like Toyota or Honda. These two foreign automakers as an example invest a lot of money in this country, building lines of production that send to the market products made by Americans hard workers full of competitiveness among of quality and price.
By the way I just heard today this automaker from Detroit who are begin for government bailout using the taxpayer money, have a huge investment in the markets; they are bankers too, and they profited for a lot in this business, then now this is one of the reasons they are in troubles. They want easy money and they playing hard in the game of taking risk instead of made real changes in his line of production and adequate his products according to the new reality.
I just wondered if the new administration can resist such behavior and temptation instead made structural correction to the economy.
I hope Barack Obama don't loose the great opportunity he receive clearly form the people of this country and don't defraud the next generation of Americans who are watching very close what his going to do.

Read More »If you minus off the paragraphs about the other nominees, there's not much and it's mostly dedicated talking about TRIG! He is not the person running for VP. My concerns are female in nature, like, did she have a baseline mammogram, breast exams, birth control (women have a uterus and breasts that are prone to cancer), does she have the ability to conceive while in office? For her to tell us that she presented a 2 pg letter from a woman that no longer works at the Matsu Valley Hospital is a little too late and too little. We need her medical history from birth to current, not a letter about TRIG! Smells fishy. The timing is strange too, if this Cathy Baldwin was going to write a letter, why did it take so long? And why wait until the twelfth hour to release, knowing we'd be focused on calling and votes. Oh BTW, notice Sarah Palin's coat? Brown with a dark lining, it's part of the cloting ($150,000 allotment), that apparently didn't go back to the store! It didn't go to charity, and she said that most of the stuff didn't fit and went back. That coat was bought with RNC money!!! She wore it to Alaska to go vote and she's wearing it now on TV. I had looked up all her clothing pieces on Huffington Post and when I came across the coat, I'd wondered if she purchased it for Todd, NO! It was for HER! and she's WEARING it! What a liar! I despise liars. We can't let this woman in office. I also recalled a time when she called Barack Obama a "Sambo." Well, because he's not a name caller and been transparent, history is being made. I saw a guy holding a sign on the highway today that said, "Matt the Plumber Voted FOR Barack Obama!" :) AMERICA FOR THE FUTURE!

The cherry picked, 3 man panel finally announced today that Sarah Palin is cleared of any wrong doing regarding putting pressure on Walt Monegan and firing him for not firing her ex-brother in law for things that happened many years earlier.
The timing is pretty ruthless and obvious they would come back with this one day prior to voting, but it's going to back fire! This news doesn't erase that the entire Republican led legislative body found her guilty.
Since we're on it, where's her medical report that she promised to reveal on Oct. 22? The hospital released information 48 hrs after request. We want to see that she did not have a tubal ligation as rumors are floating on the internet and that we haven't been punked. Barack Obama's 30-minute informercial airing Wednesday night will feature vignettes of people and families whom Obama has met during his nearly two-year campaign, and it will include a live component from a campaign rally in Florida, campaign sources said tonight.
"Barack Obama: American Stories" is the name of the unusual telecast that will air on network television and some cable stations. It comes on a busy day, as Obama also is set to appear on "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" and to cap the night with another rally, in Orlando with former President Bill Clinton, timed to make the late-night news broadcasts in the Eastern and Central time zones.
Obama's show will air at 8 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time (7 p.m. Central and Mountain time) on CBS, Fox and NBC as well as cable networks such as BET and MSNBC. He will also air a Spanish-language version of the program on Univision, the highest-rated Spanish-language network.
Obama has said in local television interviews that family stories will be featured, and Miami Mayor Manny Diaz (D) told reporters that the show "is going to highlight real American stories from across the nation."

Well, they're together, but sounds as though his beloved grandmother won't make it through the inauguration, according to Barack. That's truly heart breaking and must be a very trying time for him. Awwww, my sympathy goes out to him and Madelyn.
If people want to say something rude, other than what it is, then they can grieve someday while someone cuts through the pain and laughs at them when they hurt the most.
